Fashion Flex is easy to cut and weed and is perfect for text, logos, backgrounds and graphics. Manufactured from high quality polyurethane, it is very soft, thin and environmentally friendly. With a polyester carrier and mild sticky backing, Fashion Flex is easy to use, extremely versatile and can be used to create a wide range of fashion garments.

Specifications:

50cm wide sold in metre lengths*
Suitable for application to Cotton, Polyester and Poly/Cotton blends
Designed for use with a cutter/plotter to cut out your design
50-60 micron thickness
Matte finish
Warm peel
Washable up to 40°C
Can be dry cleaned and tumble dried (not suitable for ironing)

*Where possible, we will supply orders for more than 1 metre on a single continuous roll.

A contour cutter (plotter/cutter)
A heat press
Silicone parchment paper or a Teflon sheet

Simple instructions:

Mirror your design or artwork
Contour cut the design on the reverse/matte side of the film
Weed the excess material, removing unwanted areas
Position the design facing downwards on your substrate
Cover with a silicone sheet
Apply the design to your substrate using a heat press
Peel away the polyester carrier (backing paper) when warm
Leave the finished item for 24 hours before washing
