FlexCut Puff heat transfer vinyl puffs up to create a unique, bubbly texture to letters and shapes. You can create authentic appliqué looks with retro vintage feel without the need for embroidery. It is easy to cut and weed as the puff texture only appears when heat is applied.

Colours available* (rollover colour for more information):

*Please note that the puff effect will cause colours to appear slightly lighter e.g. black may appear a graphite grey.

A contour cutter (plotter/cutter)
A heat press
Silicone parchment paper or a Teflon sheet

Application method:	Heat press ONLY
Heat press temperature:	165°C
Heat press pressure:	Low
Heat press time:	18 seconds
Peel:	Warm peel after approx. 3 seconds
Washing instructions:	Machine wash at 40°C, tumble dry, dry clean

Simple instructions:

Mirror your design or artwork
Contour cut the design on the reverse/matte side of the film
Weed the excess material, removing unwanted areas
Position the design facing downwards on your substrate
Cover with a silicone sheet
Apply the design to your substrate using a heat press*
Peel away the polyester carrier (backing paper) when warm (after approximately 3 seconds)*
Leave the finished item for 24 hours before washing

*Decreasing the pressing pressure and peeling whilst hot will increase the height of 3D effect
