FlexCut Sticky garment film is easy to cut and weed and is suitable for detailed designs and logos. Manufactured from high quality polyurethane, it has a low tack sticky carrier for allowing for fine cutting and fast weeding. Available in A4 sheets, FlexCut Sticky is versatile and easy to manage.

A4 sheets (297mm x 210mm)
Suitable for application to Cotton, Polyester and Poly/Cotton blends
Designed for use with a cutter/plotter to cut out your design
50-60 micron thickness
Matte finish
Hot peel
Washable up to 60°C
Can be dry cleaned and tumble dried (not suitable for ironing)

A contour cutter (plotter/cutter)
A heat press or hand iron
Silicone parchment paper (included) or a Teflon sheet

Simple instructions:

Mirror your design or artwork
Contour cut the design on the reverse/matte side of the film
Weed the excess material, removing unwanted areas
Position the design facing downwards on your substrate
Cover with a silicone sheet
Apply the design to your substrate using a heat press
Peel away the polyester carrier (backing paper) immediately when hot
Leave the finished item for 24 hours before washing
