FlexCut Sweet Garment Film - Standard Colours (m)

FlexCut Sweet garment film has a unique screen-printed like appearance and soft feel. The thin environmentally friendly poylurethane material is easy to cut and weed making it suitable for fine detail logos and designs. With a polyester carrier and non-sticky backing, FlexCut Sweet is easy to use and can be repositioned on the garment. It is especially recommended for fashion wear because of its look and feel.

• Suitable for application to Cotton, Polyester and Poly/Cotton blends
• Designed for use with a cutter/plotter to cut out your design
• 50-60 micron thickness
• 'Screen-printed' like matte finish
• Warm peel
• Washable up to 60°C
• Can be dry cleaned and tumble dried (not suitable for ironing)

*Where possible we will supply orders for more than 1 metre on a single continuous roll.

you will need...

• A contour cutter (plotter/cutter)
• A heat press
• Silicone parchment paper or a Teflon sheet

Washing instructions:	Machine wash at 60°C, tumble dry, dry clean

 

Simple instructions:

1. Mirror your design or artwork
2. Contour cut the design on the reverse/matte side of the film
3. Weed the excess material, removing unwanted areas
4. Position the design facing downwards on your substrate
5. Cover with a silicone sheet
6. Apply the design to your substrate using a heat press
7. Peel away the polyester carrier (backing paper) when warm (after approximately 3 seconds)
8. Leave the finished item for 24 hours before washing

This is by far the best vinyl I have ever tried. It is slightly more expensive but well worth the extra few pence. It is really thin and light on the fabric and I've used it for some really detailed designs.
