Delivery
We aim to deliver any order placed before 2pm by the next working day. Larger, bulk orders should be received within 3-5 days. We will notify any customer promptly if any item should be delayed. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside the European Union, please email us at contactus@yolo.co.uk before placing the order so that we can advise you of delivery cost.

Order Payment
We can accept payment from a range of debit and credit cards as well as PAYPAL. All transactions are made using a secure server and processed via the RBS Worldpay online payment system or PayPal.

Customer Registration
You can register your details with us. This will enable you to login for future purchases without requiring to re-enter your details. You will also benefit from special offers and discounts only provided to registered customers. You can register on the 'your account' page without making a purchase or after you have made your first purchase. Simply click on the link on your order confirmation email, and you will be directed to the registration page.

Refunds
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Yolö purchase then you can return it to us within 20 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. To receive a refund please return the complete product in its original packaging together with the purchase receipt and your address details to:

Please contact us to obtain a returns number prior to sending any product. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting as we are not liable for lost items.
