The Geo Knight DC-CAP is a cap / hat attachment designed to convert a Geo Knight Digital Combo (DC) heat press into a machine capable of pressing curved surfaces like caps, hats, and headwear. It is not a standalone heat press — it attaches onto compatible DC series machines (such as DC16 or DC16AP).
When equipped, it allows flawless pressing of caps using a curved heater block and matching curved bottom forms. A special cap stretching device is incorporated to hold the cap securely in place during heat application.
It comes with Standard, Euro (mid-sized), and Youth bottom forms as standard (or sometimes Standard + Euro, with Youth optional) to accommodate different cap sizes. Other interchangeable bottom forms are available as optional accessories.
