Delivery

** We aim to despatch UK and EU orders received Monday to Friday before 12pm on the same day **

For the UK we offer three levels of delivery service:

1. UK Standard Delivery

2.  UK Next Day Delivery

3. UK Economy Delivery

Delivery methods for orders outside UK:

Orders less than 2 kilos

Orders below 2 kilos are shipped by Royal Mail, the UK’s national postal carrier. That’s because they offer the most cost-effective delivery service for shipments with lower weights.

Where there is an option (this depends on the destination country), we always select a tracked service. Usually we don’t request a signature as that can lead to delays if people are not present to receive them. But in some cases there is no option but to select signature with delivery.

Orders over 2 kilos

When orders are heavier - over 2 kilos - we don’t charge a shipping fee at the time of ordering. We look at a range of shipping companies and choose the most cost-effective option at the time. We then contact the customer inviting them to pay the shipping fee as a separate payment. Doing it this way means we can be sure to offer the most cost-effective shipping option.

We will inform you by email when your goods have been dispatched and will provide the tracking information. For UK orders, please allow at least 10 working days after dispatch before you report an item as missing. Please note that Royal Mail requires us to wait 15 working days before submitting a claim.

Please note that we are not open on Bank Holidays and any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day.

Collection service

If you are based near to us (Marlow, SL7), you can also place an order online for you to collect.    Let us know by email - hello@yolo.co.uk - that you would like to do this and we will send you a promo code which will mean you won't be charged for delivery.  You will know that your order is ready for you to collect because we will send an email with the status "Ready for Collection". 

Delivery Rates

International delivery rates are based on actual delivery costs and are therefore based on the total weight of your order.

For our purposes, the UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and most BFPO addresses* and Europe includes EU countries, Eastern Europe and Russia. There is also a separate rate for Republic of Ireland.
 

*Delivery to some BFPO address may incur an additional charge due to increased delivery costs

Please note that for delivery outside of the UK, local import duties may be charged at port of entry and local import taxes may be payable on receipt.

 

Bank Holidays & Closures
We are closed on all English Bank Holidays. Please note that courier deliveries will usually only take place on working days as normal courier rates do not apply on Bank Holidays or weekend days.
