YOLO HTV FlexCut Sticky - A4 Sample Pack

YOLO FlexCut Sticky heat transfer vinyl is designed for transferring solid colour logos, graphics or text onto cotton and polyester fabrics. It has a matte finish, is thin and soft and doesnt feel heavy on garments.

Simply cut out your design with a contour (plotter) cutter or scissors, weed away any unwanted vinyl and press onto your chosen substrate with a hand iron or heat press.

YOLO FlexCut Sticky has the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® Class II certificate.  This standard means FlexCut has been tested for harmful substances and therefore is harmless for human health.  The test is conducted by independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes and take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances which may be harmful to human health. 

YOLO FlexCut Sticky is not only OEKO-TEX certified, but also 11 of the colours are certified as GOTS "Approved Additive".  GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD (GOTS) not only looks for harmful substances in the product, but also considers the environmental and social footprint throughout the entire production chain.  To find out more check out this video on YouTube or visit www.global-standard.org

Each roll is engineered through a multi-layer process — a blend of flexible polyurethane is coated, pigmented, and precision-calendered to create a smooth, even film. The adhesive backing is applied with exacting standards, ensuring clean cuts on plotters and effortless weeding. Finally, every batch is tested for stretch, wash resistance, and color fastness before it earns the Yolo Creations™ name.
